                                                        OVERVIEW

 

Objective:


To educate in legal and ethical: aspects and issues of Christian Ministry. To provide

ministers with the tools required to manage and operate a Christian Ministry; and to

prepare and license them for Associate and/or Senior Pastor positions.


Procedure:


Ascertain the ministry needs of the Community and provide approved ministers in

training to meet these needs.  Ministers achieve hands-on training and skill in

out-reach communication and procedure.


Education:


To provide seminar style training and classroom education on the aspects of starting

a ministry and ministry growth. While providing approved volunteers for community

organizations, churches and Para-church ministries.


Approval:


Continued approval of all volunteer ministers will be subject to the individual

community organization, church or Para-church ministry.


Pre-Approval:


Before an individual, from the training center, applies as a volunteer they will be

required to complete FGEA training and be licensed as an Exhorter Minister; as

well as meeting any pre-approval conditions, for the position applied for.


Probation:


An Exhorter will be on a probation period for approximately one year and meet the

requirements of the FGEA before they can be licensed as an Associate Minister.
