Fill it out and mail it to: FGEA 1201 Bristlecone Dr. Wofford Heights, CA 93285 There is a $25.00 refundable application and processing fee. The length of time it takes to process your application depends upon your situation as well as those busy times of the year. You will receive your credentials in approximately 14 days after we receive your application. However, we will notify you as soon as you are accepted.
