| First you need a name for your ministry. The one the Lord gave you. You are going to need aproximatley $1,000.00. There's an $800.00 fee to the Federal Government, State fees may vary and there will be some petty cash spending. To start the tax-exempt process you first need an EIN. Employment Identification Number. It's easy apply here. You need to fill out Form 1023 for the IRS. Download Form 1023 here. Instructions Ins 1023 here. You need to have a proper set of Bylaws for your ministry. You need to have Articles of Incorporation for your ministry. View a Template here.
